How do I place and order?
We currently are not taking online orders, but will very soon. If you were browsing the site and see a product you would like to purchase or have questions about a product you did not see on the site, please visit the location nearest you or contact one of our expert sales representatives. What methods of payment are available?
Aside from paying cash for your purchase, you can pay by check, credit card or PayPal. Qualified customers can also take advantage of no-interest financing as well. Listed below is more information about each option: Payment by Check - Checks can be accepted at any of our seven locations or mailed to 3300 16th St., Zion, IL 60099. For merchandise pickup, a driver's license or state ID is required to pay by check. Payment by Credit Card - Grand Appliance & TV accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. Credit cards can be accepted at any of our seven locations or over the phone provided the delivery is being perfromed by Grand Appliance & TVs delivery crew. Phoned in order must ship to the billing address on the card and will require photo identification upon delivery. Payment by PayPal - If you are outside of our local delivery zone and are having products shipped to you by a third party carrier, PayPal is your only payment option at this time. Using PayPal is free and is the most secure way to buy online. To create an account, visit www.paypal.com. No-Interest Financing - Grand Appliance & TV continually offers 90-day and 6-month financing options for purchases $399 or more. The 90-day option features deferred payments while the 6-month option requires a minimum monthly payment. Longer programs are available depending on the current promotion. Click on the Promotions link in the top navigation bar to see our current offer. NOTE: You must be able to visit a location and complete the financing application in person to qualify.
Does Grand Appliance & TV offer delivery?
Delivery is available for every product we sell. Local deliveries will be made by Grand Appliance & TV's professional delivery crew. Local deliveries include all addresses within our trade areas. Local delivery is free with any purchase $399 or greater. Delivery outside of the local delivery zone will be assessed based on zip code and the products being delivered. Does Grand Appliance and TV offer professional installation?
For an additional fee, professional installation within our local delivery area is available for every product we sell. Local deliveries include all addresses within our trade areas. Will Grand Appliance & TV haul away my existing appliance or electronics product?
Customers whose product is being delivered by a Grand Appliance & TV delivery truck have the option of having their existing product hauled away for an additional fee. For normal appliances or electronics, the fee is $19 for up to three items or $39 for more than three items. Built-in refrigerators and big screen TVs weighing more than 200 lbs are $19 each to haul. An additional $10 per item will be assessed for haul away service if the residence is on the third floor or higher of a building with no elevator.

How long do mail-in rebates take to process?
Mail-in rebates take 6-8 weeks to process. If your rebate is taking unusually long to process, please contact our Customer Service department at 1.888.396.8165.
I purchased an extended warranty. How long before I receive my contract?
Extended warranty contracts can take as long as six months after delivery to process. Your salesperson can provide you a brochure and a copy of the general extended warranty contract if you would like more information about the extended warranty features and benefits.
